Undergraduate programmes offered by the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies:

It offers students business education, up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills to manage the global flow of goods in the supply chain. Graduates will gain skills in operations management, cross-functional management, information technology, international business and transport logistics.

With Hong Kong’s position as a leading aviation hub there are many opportunities for close interaction and networking between industry experts and programme participants.

A well-rounded education

As part of the programme requirements, the Work-Integrated Education (WIE) section entitles every student to work experiences, such as summer work placements with firms in Hong Kong, mainland China and overseas or part-time employment during a semester, from which they will gain valuable hands-on experience. There are also opportunities to participate in a range of extra-curricular activities including leadership training camps, peer tutoring, mentorship and exchange programmes to the mainland and overseas through the Whole Person Development Programme (WPDP).

All programmes offer a good balance between academic skills, knowledge and encourage personal growth of students – our leaders of tomorrow.
