A writer/director (Sean McCann) has two hours to come up with a new musical - after his last pitch, Bombay Behind Bars, flops - and we the audience must help him out. After several alcohol-fuelled suggestions from the floor, including 'Andrew Lloyd Webber in hell', we decide on a theme - 'Vikings on the high seas' - performed in the styles of Lloyd Webber, Stephen Sondheim, Frank Loesser, Noel Coward and, err, EastEnders, Rolf Harris and Shakespeare. The story is set in the Bermuda Triangle and the title will be - Hello Sailor!

Eight actors come on stage and must, under McCann's direction, improvise the rest of the show, with keyboard accompaniment from musical director Duncan Walsh-Atkins. What on earth will they do with such a wacky brief?
