Nothing says 'Valentine's Day' better than a rich, sweet dessert with a splash of alcohol and this year, celebrity chef Jacky Yu Kin-chi is putting his own twist on the treats.

The television personality and restaurateur behind the Xi Yan eateries has designed a selection of sweet treats for February 14 incorporating Baileys Irish Cream, and Yu will teach a select group of people how to make the confections at the Xi Yan private kitchen in Wan Chai. Guests will also learn to make other desserts.

To win a place in the class, e-mail a romantic photograph of you and your partner to Baileys@ Webershandwick.com, along with your name, Facebook profile details and contact number. The 10 people whose pictures win the most 'likes' on the local Baileys Facebook page will gain access to the event with a friend.

The class will be held on February 10 from 7pm to 10.30pm at Xi Yan Private Dining (3/F, 83 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai) and a photograph and a souvenir pack will be given to participants.
