has two new colours - Meli-Melon (pictured) and Moving Mauve. Meli-Melon is a bright orange hue that takes only one coat for a sleek, solid finish. Wear it alone or with the brand's latest nail primer, Regenerating Nail Strengthener Base, which claims to fill in ridges and strengthen nails with ingredients such as goji extract, apple stem cells and marine minerals, for a long-lasting result.

 

 

 

 

 

range is formulated to minimise skin sensitivity - lacquer, the brand would have us believe, being more irritating to our skin and eyes than we thought. Clinique's suggested solution is its allergy-tested and fragrance-free range, which took six years to develop. We tried the pink Sweet Tooth (pictured), which is quick drying but the colour is so light it is almost transparent.
