Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital in Wong Tai Sin mistakenly disposed of 4,271 printed copies of in-patient records, the Hospital Authority said. Patients would not be affected as all key information was saved in the authority's clinical management system and no data was leaked. The authority said a panel would investigate.
A court-ordered freeze on fung shui master Tony Chan Chun-chuen's assets was eased yesterday to allow Chan to draw HK$700,000 with which to hire lawyers for a case to be heard in the Court of Final Appeal on November 20. The easing of the freeze was the result of an agreement with the Inland Revenue Department.
A food-poisoning outbreak affecting nine people who dined at the Marriott Cafe in the JW Marriott Hotel in Admiralty is under investigation by the Centre for Health Protection. They became ill after eating seafood on Tuesday night in four separate groups. They were in stable condition.

There was no winner of the first prize in last night’s draw. The numbers were 15, 26, 31, 37, 44 and 47. The extra number was 43. Half a ticket won the second prize of HK$2,128,600. Third prize paid HK$129,000.
