It gives the skin a brighter, healthier touch, but you'll need deep pockets for this made-in-Japan product from the American beauty brand. Chanel's formula appears gel-like but dissolves into a lightweight fluid that absorbs quickly when applied. The skin feels moisturised without being sticky. Its subtle floral scent is refreshing. YSL's lotion gives the skin a similar pleasant, hydrated sensation, while the other two work better in the dry winter conditions.
