HKT Premier and Hong Kong Institute of Architect (HKIA) teamed up for an evening of indulgence. The night was all about innovative approach to smart living. With an elegant and modern design, two-storey HKT Central Signature Store reflects architectures that connect people and create experience. As one of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event endorsed by HKIA, industry veterans were welcome with a cocktail reception before being escorted into the appealingly decorated 1500 sq.ft. “Show flat” which had equipped with latest Smart Living Solutions. It provides spacious environment to explore the latest smart home technology, from amazing lighting effects to magnificent Home Entertainment System. Guests were fascinated by the ultimate entertainment environment and the audio-visual room had become the climax of the smart home experience.

Managing Director of CL3 Architects Limited, William Lim delivered a presentation emphasizing the fundamentals of Smart Living; eco-friendly, natural, low energy, organized and comfort. Impressing the guests how stylish design could contribute to a green world. In regards to high speed internet connection, Managing Director of HKT Engineering, Mr. Peter Lam cited that fiber optic service has becoming essential facility in new residential development.
