AMOY Properties is a blue-chip retail, office and residential landlord and has properties under development in Hong Kong and the mainland.

In August last year, Clarion Securities put a buy on the stock, saying the share price over-discounted the risk premium.

Amoy has slightly out-performed the Hang Seng Index in the past year but significantly out-performed the index in late March before dropping back in late May.
