Phi-B (tel: 2869 4469) is getting into the Christmas spirit with a party to help raise funds for Operation Santa Claus. On December 20, from 8-10pm, all takings from the bar will go to charity and for the rest of the night staff will donate all their tips. DJ Steve Yau will play funk, soul, house and disco.
In-V (tel: 2734 6640) promises a live band, lucky draw and a visit from Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. Entry before 9pm is free and after that there is $200 cover charge, which includes a couple of free drinks. Santa Claus will be back again on Christmas Day along with a live band and entry is $120 after 9pm.
Stix (tel: 2839 3397) also has its Christmas party on December 24. The dinner buffet plus a couple of drinks is $468 and the party kicks off at 9.30pm with a DJ. (Entry after 9.30pm is $200, plus two drinks.)
