Books for the needy

It's time to tidy up your room and reorganise your personal stuff as the Chinese New Year is approaching.

Among the messy bits and pieces, you may discover some interesting books that you do not need anymore.

But don't just throw them in the trash can.

You could share these books with others and at the same time help the needy.

A book donation-cum-fund-raising campaign is now running at all local public libraries until February 20.

It is jointly organised by the Hong Kong public libraries, government bodies including the Home Affairs Department and the Housing Authority and charities the Community Chest and Agency for Volunteer Service.
