Given the hectic lifestyle of Hong Kong and the keen competition at school, it's not surprising one will feel stressed.
You may have your own ways of taking the strain, but youngsters from 14 secondary schools and youth organisations have also come up with some stress-management programmes, such as clown workshops, cooking contests and multi-media productions.
These 14 innovative projects were sponsored by Brand's Health Education Fund under the Brand's Health Education Campaign.
The campaign, launched two years ago, is organised by the non-governmental education fund, the Hong Kong Medical Association, the Education and Manpower Bureau and the Government Education Staff Union.
The annual campaign, with this year's theme of stress management, aims to raise public awareness of health maintenance through financing innovative community projects developed and organised by secondary students. A maximum of $100,000 will be granted for each programme.
Canto-pop idols Boyz were named ambassadors of this year's campaign.
Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Tuen Mun Integrated Service Centre's clown workshop series is one of the awarded programmes.
