The government said on Thursday that Blanche Tang Oi-lam, would join the third meeting of 'Teen Gather' on Saturday to discuss her views on drug abuse. She will be joined by more than 40 young people.

Co-organised by the Narcotics Division, Security Bureau and Radio Television Hong Kong's 'Teen Power', the online programme aims to promote anti-drug messages to young people vulnerable to substance abuse.

The anti-drug campaign comes in the wake of a rising number of drug crimes involving young people in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The use of designer drugs like 'ice' was also becoming more common at 'rave' parties in the territory.

Canto-pop duo - At 17 - will also join 'Teen Gather' about 11.20am.
