Freeze framed
Dior Addicts United are clamouring for the Freeze Attitude makeup released for an ice-queen look this winter. Said to be eagerly awaited, the limited edition 'Dior Sparkling' star palette ($315) comes complete with military identity tag packaging and in two shades - copper pearl and mauve pearl. Also part of the ice-queen collection is eye shadow ($155) in a mini, midnight blue compact. The shades of pink and 'magnetic quartz' are designed to stay on all night. The Addict Ultra-Gloss ($145) is a limited-edition gloss that creates a 'wet look', as modelled by Lizzie Jagger. Dior's Christmas collection (below) is available at Dior counters.
Bee's knees
There's something about the Burt's Bees packaging that reminds of grandmother's dressing-table goodies. They also smell deliciously botanical, with hints of rosemary, beeswax and aloe leaf juice. The Buttermilk Bath Soak (right, $220/ 255ml) is said to be a fast way to silky softness for people with sensitive skin. Follow-up with Buttermilk Body Lotion ($160/236ml), designed
to provide rich hydration without greasiness. A face serum called Repair Serum ($330/295ml) designed to stave off fine lines and wrinkles is also available. A Burt Bees special-edition scarf is at half-price if you buy any of the products. Available at the Burt's Bees counter in Mannings, Causeway Bay.
