Will wonders never cease?

Two years ago, the controversial Mysteries of the Human Body exhibition (pictured), showing real specimens of human body parts, including a brain that people could pick up and feel, creeped out and fascinated endless lines of people. For those who missed that exhibition, there's a similar display called the Wonders of the Human Body Exhibition starting today until November 13 at a shop space inside the Metropolis Mall in Hunghom. This time around, more than a dozen gory preserved specimens from Taiwan instead of Japan will be shown, including a hand with vessels that clearly show how blood courses through it. Yeah, it's macabre, but way cool as well.

Tickets are $80 for adults, $50 for students and the elderly and $30 for six-to-12- year-olds. Call 2121 2282.

Let's hope the exhibition is not too close to the food court.
