Rosamund Kwan Chi-lam hasn't worked much over the past couple of years, but the actress says that's just the way she likes it.
'I've been enjoying my way of life,' said the 43-year-old. 'I'm not the kind of person who works aggressively. You need to work, but also need to know how to enjoy life at the same time. Why make life so tough?'
Kwan's last role was a year ago in mainland director Jiang Cheng's Hands in the Hair. She said that since then she's been spending a lot of time hanging out with friends and travelling, as well as doing the odd commercial. 'I'd like to make movies,' said Kwan (right). 'But it's not something under my control. I'm still waiting for a good script.'
Her love life has been the subject of much speculation in the media after she ended her three-year relationship with model-actor Jimmy Wong Ga-lok last year, but she said she had no plans to tie the knot any time soon. 'Marriage isn't that important to me now. What's more important is having company.'
