It seems an old name in the club scene is coming back to a familiar space. Legendary club owner Sylvio Wang (pictured) is trying his hand with the Club Ing location once again, reopening the fourth floor of the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel on December 7. This time, he is calling the place Tribeca. They are also bringing New Yorker Carl Jaeger, who previously worked in famous joints like Bungalow 8, Pangea and Rock Candy, to run the place. According to their PR rep: 'It's been renovated from scratch. There are now three separate sections. The change is very extreme.'

However, some things never change. Wang's company is called the Manhattan Group and his first club in Hong Kong was called Manhattan. This was also the original name of the Renaissance Harbour View's site. As for the renovated venue, it is described as an 'exclusive new nightclub with an uptown New York vibe'. Sounds like, oh, Manhattan?
