For the new album, Released, Tse invited veteran Taiwanese rocker Wu Bai, rock band MayDay, Chris Yu, Tanya Chua, rising Singaporean singer-songwriter Huang Yida and Vivian Hsiu to create the music and lyrics. But now he's focusing on his acting career.

Tse (below left) is one of the main characters in Lau Chun-wai's A Chinese Tall Story and mainland director Chen Kaige's The Promise, which open in Hong Kong on December 22 and 15 respectively.

'In the past few months, I've been focusing on making movies. Every day there were different fight scenes,' he said.

Tse's love life remains a hot topic for the press, even though he stresses that he's not in a relationship.
