Health expert Miriam Stoppard offers this advice for pregnant women on www.ivillage.co.uk:

{bull}Avoid using soap. It removes natural oils from the skin, so try a moisturising body wash for a healthy glow.

{bull}Don't spend too long in the bath. This can dehydrate the skin and can leave it looking dull. To avoid this, use a moisturising bath soak to re-hydrate.

{bull}After you wash, use a good moisturising body lotion.

{bull}Feet can get tired and swollen when you're pregnant. A refreshing foot gel with menthol can pep you up.
