You may figure that rock stars can't be bothered to wear anything other than T-shirts and jeans, but it seems the members of Franz Ferdinand, who played the Queen Elizabeth Stadium last night, appreciate the quality of custom-made clothing. The quartet stopped at Sam's tailor shop in Tsim Sha Tsui on Monday to get some suits cut.
'It's confidential information with our clients, so I can't disclose too much,' cautioned Manu Melwani, aka Sam. 'But they made a lot of purchases. The whole band was here and they were buying for themselves, for personal wear.'
Our guess is they probably got something that goes with skinny ties.
