Boy bands' best assets are, typically, their good looks - and Taiwanese outfit F4 are no exception.
The handsome lads (Jerry Yan Cheng-xu, Vanness Wu Jian-hao, Vic Chou Yu-min and Ken Chu Xian-tian) created chaos when they first visited Hong Kong in 2002, with fans following their every move - even camping outside the airport arrival area to be the first to welcome them.
There may well be a repeat, with the F4 heading back here for four concerts later this month to raise money for Yan Chai Hospital.
The concerts will be F4's first in Hong Kong since 2003's Fantasy Forever World Tour, when tickets sold out in hours (with many then changing hands on the black market for more than $1,000).
The band made their names in Taiwan and throughout Asia in TV drama Meteor Garden in 2001. Their popularity led to a record deal and the release of a debut album, Meteor Rain, the same year.
