Lan Kwai Fong regulars may notice Igor's Group has turned the second floor of Stormy Weather into Stormie's Crabshack. The group threw a press dinner on Tuesday to introduce the seafood-themed menu. 'Some people think it's just a bar because of the ground floor's atmosphere, so we want to distinguish it a bit,' said an Igor's rep. It wasn't as much of a rousing night at another Igor's venue across the road. The top of D'Aguilar Street was cordoned off by police as a window structure from Hotel LKF apparently came loose and threatened to fall. The Cavern was left, well, cavernous.
