No. How a teacher conducts lessons and teaches his students is much more important than his image. Formal dressing is needed only when teachers attend formal school occasions like graduation ceremonies and parties. Most of the teachers in my school dress casually. Decent wear is enough. A beautiful or handsome teacher who teaches poorly won't command respect among students.

No. Teaching skills are what matter most to a teacher. As students, we learn from what our teachers say, not what they wear. A good teacher should know basic manners and what to wear  for different occasions. Setting dress codes and rules for teachers is unnecessary. Some female teachers in my school got their hair dyed. As long as they teach well, schools should not set too many limitations on them.

No. I don't think image is that important to a teacher. The teachers who don't care much about their appearance are often the best. I go to a tutorial centre to have physics lessons every week. The male physics teacher there just  dresses casually. But I think his teaching methods are really good and I like him a lot. So, when I judge someone, how  they  dress is never one of my considerations.
