Be a monopoly token at Tsing Yi

The Maritime Square shopping plaza in Tsing Yi is putting a life-size Monopoly game board in its space from tomorrow until Monday. And it won't be top hats, battleships or thimbles being used as markers on the 1,000 sq ft board. Instead, people will be moved around the board by the players - shoppers and local school students who have been competing in a tournament. Sounds like an interesting spectacle. Of course, a truly life-sized version of Monopoly is played every day by Li Ka-shing and the city's other tycoons. Believe me, when they pass 'Go', they collect more than a lousy HK$200.
