It's not quite American Idol, but Kids' Gallery is holding auditions for its Star Factor talent search once again.

The event will be part of the promotional Festival Week held by the arts education centre for children, culminating on June 20 at the Academy of Performing Arts.

The short-listed finalists will perform before a live audience and a panel of celebrity judges, who we are quite sure will not call any of the competitors 'dawg'.

The champion gets the Star Factor title and prizes worth up to HK$10,000. So if your child can sing, dance, mime or play an instrument, you can send them to the open audition on Sunday morning.
