Management and distribution firm offers chance to play creative role in promoting luxury brand
Creativity is not enough for this newly created role that calls for a serious team player to lead visual display teams.
ImagineX Group, a leading luxury brand management and distribution company, needs a visual merchandising manager to maintain, promote and develop the luxury brand - Coach. Coach has been the focus of ImagineX's development plans this year.
Given the rapid expansion of shops into Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland, this person will play an important role.
'For high-end, luxury brands, visual displays are a reflection of the brand image, visual merchandising is therefore a key position,' Iris Ng Wai-chung, group human resources manager, said.
'Although big brands have a global image and a designated way to carry that out, each shop, each corner, each window, because of its size and the surrounding environment, is different. Our visual merchandising manager must be able to implement the global image into the local display environment.'
Diploma holders will be considered if they have at least six years experience in visual display at another luxury or fashion brand and three years experience in a supervisory role. Otherwise, higher qualifications are expected, as they will have to lead a team of three.
