Commerce minister Frederick Ma Si-hang was 'very upset' to hear RTHK assistant director of broadcasting Cheung Man-sun had been arrested for drink-driving after crashing his car last Friday. 'Citizens expect a high standard of conduct and integrity from public servants ... and they (public servants) should be watchful of this,' Mr Ma said on the Now Business News Channel's Forum programme last night. He also said RTHK had many governance problems that had not developed overnight.
