Decorator plunges to his death

A decoration worker was killed when he fell from the 53rd floor while working at a flat in Tiu Keng Leng. The man, 41, surnamed Chan, was installing lights outside the Ocean Shores flat with colleagues when he slipped and fell at 4.25pm. He landed on a podium. A security guard called an ambulance and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
