The studios are located in the World Trade Centre on two floors with more than 25,000 sq ft of space. It's bright and airy and class participants can look out at the Hong Kong Yacht Club while stretching. The room is heated to 40 degrees Celsius, but the class involved mostly gentle stretches so I wasn't melting into the mat. It wasn't crowded either, which meant our teacher was able to give us her full attention. Although she spoke mostly in Cantonese, following her instructions was easy as the class moved at a relatively slow pace. And the soft music which played throughout helped to create a soothing atmosphere.

It features three yoga studios plus one mY Energy studio (dance classes offered include Bollywood Dance and MTV Moves) and a cycling studio. Yoga options include hatha, ashtanga, Pilates meditation and signature classes developed by mYoga such as mY Hot, mY Stretch and Hot Stretch. There is also complimentary Wi-fi access and use of several computers to gain internet access next to the members' lounge (right), as well as steam and sauna facilities. The new changing rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out with plenty of showers and private changing areas. This is the second mYoga in Hong Kong. The first one was opened in Mong Kok in 2006 and the third is in Kuala Lumpur.
