Polytechnic University has launched a series of measures to ease the job-seeking pressure on its students by creating 300 posts for teaching, research and project assistants on campus. The university has also secured 800 internship placements at local and mainland companies and pledged to offer an additional 1,800 places for graduates to further their studies. Study options for graduates include taught and research postgraduate and top-up degree programmes. President Professor Timothy Tong Wai-cheung said PolyU would fully support government initiatives to boost job prospects.
