Restaurant tries to lure island catch of the day with junk ride home

Finally, some of the outlets at the new boutique hotel in the old Marine Police Headquarters in Tsim Sha Tsui have had their soft openings and the operator, the Aqua Group, is eager for Hongkongers to come over to try them out. If you book to dine there, they will arrange for you to sail home to Hong Kong Island in style on the picturesque Aqua Luna junk. The group's three other outlets still to open are the Chinese restaurant Loong Toh Yuen, the Mariners restaurant and an ultra-fancy fine-dining venue called St George.
