Bank chairman collapses at banquet

The chairman of Tai Sang Bank and Tai Sang Land Development, William Ma Ching-wai, was taken to hospital late last night after collapsing during a banquet at the Four Seasons hotel in Central. Ma, 55, regained consciousness on the way to Queen Mary Hospital at 11.10pm. He is a son of the late Ma Kam-chan who was a respected property developer and founder of the bank. William Ma's divorced wife was actress Sit Chi-lun.
