Bun-tower fun at Cheung Chau

Visitors can discover what it is like to climb a bun tower tomorrow at the annual carnival on Cheung Chau Island. The carnival, organised by the Hong Kong Cheung Chau Bun Festival Committee and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, will run from noon to 6pm at Cheung Chau Pak Tai Temple Playground pitch. Visitors can climb a 14-metre-high bun tower, which will be used in a bun scrambling competition. The final, featuring 12 men and women sections, will be held next Sunday.
