What I'm listening to: over Christmas I listened constantly to Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album Volume Two. It was great to have the Glee cast send greetings over the festive season.
What I'm watching: We Need to Talk About Kevin starring Tilda Swinton, and the TVB drama When Heaven Burns. They both share the same message: 'The city is dying yet we still have to live on.' This is also my motto.
What I'm reading: The Zhan Dao series by Tina Ti (Tina Leung Kwok-hing). The late pin-up star from the 60s turned into one of the top businesswomen in the recent history of Hong Kong and China. There are no reason not to read her writing.
What gets me moving: hiking. I have just completed courses about mountain craft and learning to become an eco-travel tour guide at the Hong Kong Ecotourism and Travels Professional Training Centre. When I'm interested in a particular topic, I make an effort to study it.
