Gary Wong Chi-him is a co-convenor of the Path of Democracy think tank, founder of InspiringHK Sports Foundation and director of public affairs and marketing at Gaw Capital. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2006 with his first degree in BA, and received his second degree in LLB from The University of London and a master's degree in diplomatic studies from the University of Oxford, which he attended as a British Chevening Scholar.
