Henry Ho Kin-chung is the founder and chairman of One Country Two Systems Youth Forum. He obtained a doctor of laws from Peking University, and two master degrees from London School of Economics and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has experience in local think-tanks as well as the HKSAR Government. He is a former political assistant to the secretary for development, full-time researcher and part-time member of the Central Policy Unit, and the assistant director of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute.
Electoral reform will bring about more balanced participation and broader representation on the Election Committee. Hong Kong will have more political room to manoeuvre as long as it holds tight to the baseline of patriotism.
