Julien de Troullioud de Lanversin is an assistant professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's Division of Public Policy. His research focuses on understanding and addressing the impacts of nuclear technology on society. He holds a PhD in applied physics from Princeton University and an MSc in nuclear science and technology from Tsinghua University.
