Dr Stuti Rawat is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Asian and Policy Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong. She has previously worked with the World Bank, International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, J-PAL and International Water Management Institute in Singapore, Nepal and India. Her research interests lie in the broad areas of governance, environment and development.
