Tobi Lothian
Tobi has been a referee for more than 10 years and has officiated at tournaments in Hong Kong and overseas, including the Hong Kong Sevens, Asian Five Nations, Asian Sevens Series and Asian Games. He has been on the ARFU A Panel referees list since 2008. When not blowing his whistle, Tobi works as a police officer, training probationary inspectors at the Hong Kong Police College.
