A great idea. Property should be treated as a valuable community resource not to be wasted; not as an investment to be hoarded for greater profit. But developers feel no shame or responsibility to the community. Their only interest is profit and their personal wealth.

It needs to be extended to all vacant properties … then it will begin to bite!

Developers hire many smart professionals to help them, and they are not afraid of any punishment. They will gain all the same.

Harbour without a doubt. The nunnery is nice and I take photos there a lot, but it doesn't compare to the harbour.
