Poor immigration policy needs to be reviewed

I don't think the EOC is in a position to solve all the conflicts that exist between different ethnic groups.

It is the government's responsibility to review current immigration law and make sure only people meeting the specified criteria can enter Hong Kong.

Almost all developed countries have immigration scoring schemes to evaluate immigrants, and they always take into consideration how applicants can contribute to the country based on the language they speak, the education they have and their profession.

When immigrants reach the required years of stay in Canada and the United States, they are required to take a test to evaluate their suitability for permanent citizenship.

While Hong Kong has a similar system, the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), it is underutilised.
