The former business partner of K-pop star Seungri has pleaded guilty to all charges relating to the Burning Sun nightclub scandal, including procuring prostitutes for investors.

The trial of Yoo In-suk, the former chief of Yuri Holdings, was held in the Seoul Central District Court on Wednesday. Yoo, who is married to actress Park Han-byul, had been indicted on several charges relating to the scandal revolving around the Seoul nightclub that former BigBang member Seungri was affiliated with.

Yoo’s lawyer told the court his client pleaded guilty to all charges, and said Yoo would “submit a written statement to address the degrees of participation and mitigating circumstances”.

In regard to charges of embezzling corporate funds, Yoo’s attorney said they would review the legality of the charge and submit a detailed argument at the next hearing later this month.
