Former K-pop artist and actor Park Yoo-chun has revealed his comeback plans in Thailand, less than a year after he announced his retirement from show business because of a conviction on drug charges.
The former member of boy band TVXQ, who went by the name Yoochun, informed his Instagram followers on August 1 that he would “soon come back with a new album”. He also said he planned to hold an exclusive fan meeting and a mini-concert in Thailand.

The post included links to the social network pages of The Number Nine, an artist management company that also promoted Park’s comeback news in Thai.

Park was also an award-winning television actor until his charges on drug use and sexual harassment counts forced him to retire in 2019. His comeback raised questions among news outlets because the cases revealed that the star had evidently lied about the allegations to the public.
