Restaurant review: Burger Bus in Tsuen Wan
Tasty burgers, wraps and salads at this fun eatery

Burger Bus, a colourful shop in the shape of a bus, opened recently in Tsuen Wan’s Discovery Park Shopping Centre. The menu is listed on the exterior wall while a bus window serves as the order counter and cashier. Diners sit inside a bus surrounded by ersatz bus railing and tyres.
The menu lists more than just the expected burgers: there are also wraps, side dishes, salad and pasta.
The six burgers on offer range from traditional to modern. The bus burger (HK$62) had angus beef, bacon, egg, lettuce, onion and tomato, which had a rich, juicy and thick beef patty that went well with the cheddar cheese sauce. For the new-style burgers, we liked pork cutlet in Japanese curry sauce (HK$62) and the teriyaki chicken (HK$62).

The six wraps include the bus wrap (HK$58), using the same ingredients as the bus burger, and the enjoyable Korean kimchi beef (HK$48) wrap, which had a nice, spicy flavour.
