Dining at Man Wah is a memorable experience. Chinese lamps hang from the ceilings, contrasting with the skyline – particularly at night.
The menu brims with outstanding Cantonese dishes exquisitely presented, ideal for impressing guests. Dim sum is available at lunchtime and signature dishes include braised abalone and chicken casserole and pan-fried scallops. Other must-tries include Peking duck, poached spotted grouper fillet with turnip, peppercorn with fish broth and Australian M9 wagyu. One favourite dessert is the double-boiled imperial bird’s nest in a choice of flavours. A wine selection and premium teas are also available.
