As a start-up advocate with a flexible lifestyle, I allocate most of my time for work and often end up having a late supper.
I am a big fan of restaurants with a casual and chill vibe.
A very tiny shop with just a few high tables, Burger Joys (two locations including De Fenwick, 42-50 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, tel: 2787 1288), is my favourite location after work. As I am used to working late, I get to enjoy beer while watching football matches there.
Whenever people come to visit Hong Kong, I always bring them to Uncle 4 (two locations including 1/F, 69 Chatham Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, tel: 2722 1001) for its authentic cart noodles and Hong Kong style dishes. The double-boiled soup along with local style delights are presented with a hint of Japanese inspiration in small individual dishes. On top of that, my friends from abroad can understand the menu since it is in English.
