I don’t consume beef and lamb. I’m not aiming to become vegetarian but narrowing my meat options is the least I can do for the environment. However, I am addicted to sugar.
Dessert making is the other thing I am super keen on, apart from dress making. Sometimes, when I feel spontaneous, I bake a cake at 2am.
When it comes to dining out, I am an easy-going person. However, I would say I enjoy individual restaurants way more than chains. I can’t resist dashing into fancy diners with menus that I’m not familiar with. I am quite semi-illiterate when it comes to menus in foreign languages, but it’s fun to choose by instinct.

One of the most memorable restaurants that I have experienced recently is Ichu (3/F, H Queens, 80 Queen’s Road Central, Central, tel: 2477 7717). It’s a wonderful place serving exquisite Peruvian food.
