I grew up enjoying dim sum, noodle soup, rice rolls, fried rice and other local Chinese foods which are abundant and diverse in the city.
However, my culinary horizon really expanded when I started in the wine and spirits industry. My first proper fine-dining meal was at an Italian restaurant.
I was instantly captivated by the flavours and textures. I now have a passion for all Italian food and they are some of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong.

Pici (various locations including 16 St. Francis Yard, Wan Chai. Tel: 2755 5523) is my go-to place whenever I crave pasta. Their variety of fresh and handmade dishes are simple yet satisfying.
