Whether you’re looking to give holiday foods to family and friends or just enjoy getting organised for your own gastronomic pleasure, New Year puddings – with their auspicious connotations for elevation and improvement – are perennial favourites. Chinese New Year falls on February 10 this year, and there are plenty of early-bird deals on offer in Hong Kong – so get your orders in before the promotions end. Ming Court Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with Chinese New Year puddings from either of the Michelin-star Ming Court restaurants in Mong Kok and Wan Chai.
