1. The Chinese Library
From February 13 to March 3, The Chinese Library welcomes the Lunar New Year with an eight-course tasting menu priced at HK$2,588 for two guests, HK$4,888 for four guests, HK$7,088 for six guests and HK$9,388 for eight guests.

The five-blessings appetiser platter features pan-seared scallop, grilled Alaskan king crab leg with Sichuan pepper and barbecue pork loin glazed with New Zealand Manuka honey. Other dishes include double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw, mustard beef tenderloin spring rolls and steamed black cod dumplings.
