More and more guests are travelling with their pets, but doing so can be a hassle because of pets’ particular needs.
Thus, many hotels in Seoul and around the world are allowing guests to bring their pets and offering pet-friendly services.
At Four Seasons Hotel Seoul in downtown Seoul, guests’ pets can have a space in the room for an extra 250,000 won (US$218). The hotel also offers a variety of pet amenities, including an embroidered toy bone, name tag, sleeping mat, no-skid dog bowl and feeding mattress. Only one pet is allowed per guest, and the pet should be under four kilograms. Reservation is required.
The “Love that Dog” package at Sheraton Seoul Palace Gangnam Hotel is available through the year. The package includes a night’s stay in a deluxe triple room, which is spacious enough for guests with a dog, with a balcony and for the pet, the use of a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed, stainless water and food bowls and floor mat, as well as a complimentary welcome dog kit that includes pet waste bags.
